The customer was charged twice for the same report.

If a duplicate transaction occurs, the customer will receive either a refund for the additional charge or an extra report credit.

Submission of incorrect or incomplete vehicle details (e.g., VIN) by the customer.
Perceived inaccuracies in the report (our data is sourced from third-party databases and provided “as is”).
Reports with missing information (availability of vehicle data may vary).
Delays in report generation or delivery.
Failure to contact support within the specified timeframe.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Additional Refund Terms

Full Refund: If the report contains technical errors, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase for a free exchange.

Partial Refund:

- Claims submitted in 24 hours after purchase will give you refund of full amount
- No refunds will be processed for claims submitted after 24 hours from the date of purchase.
Once a refund request is submitted, we will review it in accordance with our policies and process it accordingly.
